Utility Assistance Program

If you have experienced an issue in paying for your SDG& E Bill or your Water Bill and have received a “Past Due” notice or a Shut Off Notice we can assist you.

Program Eligibility Requirements:

  • HIV Positive/AIDS
  • Provide a PAST DUE or SHUT Off Notice from the Utility Company (Does not include Cell Phone or Telephone Bills)
  • Provide a Copy of the lease showing you are the one responsible for utilities at the address on the bill.
  • Provide proof of income
